FENDERING - Ship and Dock Fenders

Gilman Softlite Ship and Dock Fenders are the longest lived, lightest heavy-duty ship fenders available. Because of the unique ionomer foam construction, the fenders have unsurpassed strength and integrity combined with high energy absorption and a nearly impenetrable skin that is at the same time exceptionally tough and non-abrasive.

Gilman Softlite Ship and Dock Fenders are manufactured in virtually any size from 12" x 33" up to 10' X 20'. Full round and half-round or alternative cross sections are supplied as required.

For ship-side attachment such as the Boston Whaler Impact and USCG 47 Foot Motor Life Boat (47-MLB) below left and right respectively, relief channels, custom strongback mounting options, through-bolts and/or simple adhesives can secure the fender to the side of a craft.
